When it is time to replace your IonGen™ Probe for the G1.5 System, be sure to use the correct Aquascape replacement probe for your system to ensure proper functionality. The IonGen™ System G1.5 effectively kills algae without the use of traditional liquid chemicals. As copper ions are added to the water, the probe is consumed, eventually needing to be replaced. The IonGen™ Probe for the G1.5 System is specially designed to fit the first generation PVC tee-style flow chamber and the second generation IonGen™ control panel, allowing for a tool-free probe installation and trouble-free use. The included 5′ quick-connect cable makes installation simple and easy.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued an in-store credit for the amount of your original purchase. In-store credits do not have expiration date and can be used both online and in-store.
Keep in mind that the original shipping cost is nonrefundable.

We can ship to virtually any address in Canada, but we cannot ship t P/O box. Please make sure you have your full address listed during the checkout
Majority of the items offered on our website are subject to our free shipping policy. Free shipping is applicable to all of the order over $200 CAD, except the oversized items.
Orders under $200 CAD threshold are subject to the flat shipping fee. The flat fee can differ by geographical location.
Shipping costs for the oversized items are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
